Forms - The Basics

Snapdone is installed with basic forms customized for your office: letterhead, memorandum, fax cover, envelope, shipping label, and captions for the venues in which you practice. These forms are effortlessly merged with Snapdata cards to produce consistently formatted documents with just a few clicks or keystrokes.

For example, to create a letter you would select a Snapdata card and click Letter to open the Snapletter screen. The address block, re line, salutation, and second-page header (even ccs, bccs and other information if applicable) are all prefilled with information from the card. Choose a sender and click OK to create the letter, complete with personalized letterhead and signature block for the chosen sender.

Snapdone also includes a utility to generate numbered labels, such as those used in document production.
