Contacts - Outlook

Snapdata cards can be linked to Microsoft Outlook contacts. When one is revised, the other is automatically updated. And since Snapdata cards are shared among everyone in the office, this means Outlook contacts contained in separate personal folders can be synchronized among several individuals.

For example, Attorney Fred and Attorney Betty each have an Outlook contact for Joe Client. They each link their Outlook contact to the Joe Client Snapdata card. Now when Attorney Fred revises his Joe Client Outlook contact, that change will also be reflected on the linked Snapdata card and on Attorney Betty’s linked Outlook contact.
